Josie has more than 15 years’ experience in financial and real estate matters. Her vast experience allows her to help successful team assist customers get on the path to homeownership and make their credit score goals possible. 

Since 2013 Sakata has assisted hundreds of families finance their home. Even though she doesn’t know how to swim, that doesn’t stop her from enjoying adventures on the water. She also has an eye for interior design.

Corrina has an extensive history in customer service and real estate experience. She truly enjoys getting to know her customers, making ever lasting relationships, and watching her customers achieve their dream of owning a new home. 

Nancy, has been in the mortgage industry for 38 years. When not helping families make their dreams of homeownership a reality, she enjoys spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She loves fishing, boating and jet skiing and the beach. Which makes Florida the perfect place to live. 

Sean brings 17 years of experience to HBSG. When he’s not helping people reach their goal of homeownership, he’s acting as the defensive coach on his sons Pop Warner football team.

Sara is our Credit Specialist that focuses on the Houston and San Antonio markets. Sara enjoys time with friends and family, CrossFit, and her two cats Frieda & Diego. 

Troy has over 30 years’ experience within the mortgage lending business. He enjoys spending time with his grandson, playing golf, and watching his beloved Yankees quest for another World Series. 

Ryjuell has over 15 years in the Real Estate and Mortgage business. With his experience and knowledge in the industry he has helped countless families achieve their financial goals of home ownership.In his spare time he enjoys jogging, hiking trails, shopping and spending time with family watching sci fi movies!

Jeanne brings over 20 years of experience in the finance and mortgage industry. She is passionate about helping find the pathway to home ownership. After over 30 years in Arizona, she now calls Tennessee her home and has finally found her green thumb. She spends her free time in the country with her husband and two cats Loki and Sinder. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, paddleboarding, hiking, off-roading, reading and watching movies.

Tonya, a former Interior Designer, brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in client service. Her diverse background enables her to connect well with clients, guiding them with determination and compassion through the process of achieving their credit score goals along the path to homeownership. Tonya loves meeting new people, hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.

Samantha is Army veteran has over 15 yrs of experience in the mortgage industry with 11 yrs of those 15 as a bilingual loan officer. She is dedicated to seeing things thru to the end in her professional as well as in her personal life and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. Samantha has multiple talents ranging from cooking delicious Latin food, an eye for interior designs and fashion to making her own candles.  She wears many hats in her life but the most important one of all is her role as a mom. 

Leady has over 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry in many different mortgage divisions. She enjoys getting to know her customers and helping them through one of their biggest decisions in life. In her free time, she enjoy activities with her family such as going to teh pool, parks, or trying new restaurants.
