Lennar Mortgage, LLC is Named One of the Best Mortgages Companies to Work For in 2025
National Mortgage News compiles a list of the top mortgage companies to work for in the U.S. every year.
In 2025, this list includes just 36 companies across the country. We’re honored to be named among them for the second year in a row. Our team is intentional about creating an environment where Associates are valued, supported and listened to – an effort that is recognized in this ranking.
How Companies Were Selected
This list from National Mortgage News used feedback from our Associates paired with their own review of our benefits and policies. A random selection of our Associates were asked to participate in a survey covering eight topics.

- Relationship with supervisor

- Pay and benefits
- Overall engagement
At least 40% of Associates selected needed to voluntarily participate for our organization to be considered.
Continuously Improving Our Work Environment
We recognize that our Associates are what makes our company stand out, and we’re always looking for new ways to help them thrive. Alongside Lennar, we gather feedback on our benefits, culture and workplace satisfaction to continue supporting our Associates as much as possible. In 2024, we launched the following initiatives to make Lennar Mortgage a great place to work:
- Lennar switched medical plan providers and significantly lowered Associate-paid premiums going into 2025. Our Associates provided feedback that they wanted higher quality care and lower premiums. Lennar delivered both with all new medical plan providers.
- We offered webinars and one-on-one benefits guidance to help Associates pick the best options for their families. To make sense of our new plan options, Associates had the option to sit down with a benefits expert before choosing their plan.
- Fertility benefits were reset and expanded. Associates can use their medical plans to take advantage of fertility services including IVF and similar treatments, fertility preservation, preimplantation genetic testing and coverage for doulas and midwives.
- Associates can now register a domestic partner in our medical plans. We’ve extended our offerings to include all domestic partners as well as spouses, allowing Associates to protect those they care about with less hassle.
- In 2025, we’re offering mental health support through Spring Health. Associates can take advantage of 12 free therapy sessions and 12 free coaching sessions this year.
- Associates are now immediately eligible for bonding leave. We removed a one-year waiting period, ensuring new parents can bond with their children even if they’re recent hires.
And those are just a few of our new updates! Our full benefits package includes a student debt repayment program, a 401k with one-to-one matching, life insurance and incentives for prioritizing wellness.

- Our culture makes time for collaboration, celebration and fun. We drive conversation and community in our hybrid, national team with contests, prizes, clubs and more.
- We give back to the communities that support us. Every year we volunteer our time and donate for causes such as the MBA Open Doors Foundation, Dolphins Cancer Challenge and local organizations that are close to our hearts.
- Diversity and inclusion are fundamental to our teams. We recognize that every Associate brings a unique background that makes us stronger as a team. We strive to create an environment where every voice is valued
